Hard apple cider is probably the simplest fermentation project you can take on. No need to complicate it; apple juice and yeast is going to get you where you want to go.

Otherwise, you’ll just need to pick up a cider yeast (Mangrove Jack’s or Fermentis Safcider). For a very dry cider, use champagne yeast or for a Belgian Twist, try a Saison yeast!
