Coconut Pai mu tan – You might think that this kombucha contains coconut but that flavour is coming from the outrageously unique Sabro hops. It complements but does not mask the delicate flavour of the Pai mu tan white tea.
Meridian Flower – A blend of guava and jasmine flavoured green teas, dry hopped with Meridian for an intriguing note of berry and citrus.
What Is Kombucha?
Kombucha (pronounced kum-boo-cha) is a living, slightly tart, carbonated tea beverage. It is low in sugar and rich in probiotics. Kombucha is made by fermenting black, green or white tea and sugar, with a culture called a SCOBY. A SCOBY is a Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria & Yeast. Because it is fermented, kombucha does contain trace amounts of alcohol, however at 0.5% ABV or less, it is considered a non-alcoholic beverage.
What is Water Kefir?
Similar to kombucha, kefir (pronounced kuh-feer) is a lightly fermented beverage made by fermenting sugar water with kefir grains. Unlike a kombucha SCOBY, water kefir colonies look like small crystals! Water kefir also has many of the same positive benefits of Kombucha.
