Hop Profile: Jarrylo

Jarrylo is named after the Slavic God of fertility and springtime. It is a dual purpose hop with effective bittering potential at 14 – 16% Alpha Acids. The aroma and flavour of Jarrylo is described as banana, pear, and orange with some spicy notes. It’s suggested for use in Pale Ales, Saisons and Belgian styles.

Jarrylo is now available at Barley’s in 1 oz packs of pellets

This hop variety is developed by the American Dwarf Hops Association (ADHA), which focuses on a greener, more sustainable approach to hop production by researching and developing techniques and varieties that can be used in low trellis production.
