El Dorado is another proprietary hop variety developed by CLS Farms in the Moxee Valley
of Washington State. Just released in 2010, El Dorado has already gained popularity with a number of American craft breweries. At 15.3% alpha acids, it’s a very efficient bittering hop with exceptional aroma qualities. Some descriptors include tropical fruit, pear, watermelon, and stone fruit.
